Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.

Perishable food items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed food products.

Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@standardkitchen.ca with your order number and photos of the product.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
