Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within Canada (depending on your location).

• We currently ship within Canada only. (International shipping will be added soon.)

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can use this number to track your package until it arrives.

Delays

• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand.

• SRRM Trading Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
